We are currently seeking an Accommodation Cleaner to join our vibrant team. At Radisson Blu Hotel Ajman, we are in search of individuals who go beyond the resume – those with character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

1.Clean and sanitize all common areas of and around the accommodation, daily, weekly, fortnightly as per the checklist.

2.Ensure cleanliness and hygiene is maintained at all times, especially in the Recreation Room.

3.Ensure that maintenance requests with regard to any repair and maintenance requirements in the accommodation are immediately reported and follow-up on pending maintenance requests.

4.Report any complaint from the associates regarding the accommodation to the Director of Human Resources / Human Resources Manager.

Competencies & skills requirements

• Experience in a Accommodation cleaner role
• Pro-active with a hands-on approach
• Passion for the hospitality industry
• Ability to manage work ensuring that tasks assigned are delivered
• Ability to find creative solutions, offering recommendations
• Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Good maintenance skills
• Ability to work collaboratively at all levels within the department
• An open and positive personality
• Ability to handle challenging priorities and assignments

Minimum education: National academic qualifications

Minimum experience: 1+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources

Language skills: Very good command of written and spoken English
