Client Representative – HVAC & Fluid Systems | Offshore Topside Fabrication OCA Global is seeking an experienced Client Representative to oversee HVAC and fluid systems installation for an offshore substation topside project. In this site based role, you will monitor the installation of HVAC, water, sewage, oil and diesel systems at the fabrication yard. You will review progress and technical documentation, follow up on nonconformities and punch items, and participate in inspections, testing, acceptance activities and the final visual inspection before sail out. You will work closely with the site management and project engineering teams to help ensure the work meets project, quality and HSE requirements.

We’re looking for: • A degree in mechanical engineering or a relevant technical qualification with building services expertise. • Substantial experience representing a client on major construction sites; five or more years is preferred. • Experience with the full installation, testing and commissioning process for HVAC and fluid systems. • Familiarity with applicable technical standards and offshore project requirements. • Strong technical documentation, communication and problem solving skills. • Experience managing nonconformities and closing outstanding items. Offshore topside experience, fire protection or crane qualifications, and fluency in German or Arabic would be advantages.
