About the Client:
A Dubai-based design and build contractor specializing in luxury landscaping, swimming pools, water features, and bespoke outdoor solutions for premium residential and commercial projects.
Job Description:
• Manage site execution of landscaping and swimming-pool works, including excavation, concrete, waterproofing, finishes, hardscape, irrigation and pool plumbing.
• Review architectural, structural, landscape and MEP drawings and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Plan daily/weekly activities and monitor manpower, materials, quality, progress and project timelines.
• Prepare and coordinate method statements, RFIs, WIRs/MIRs, material submittals and site reports, ensuring quality, safety and authority compliance.
• Male, 40 years old or below, with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Relevant experience in landscape, hardscape, swimming-pool construction, waterproofing, irrigation, and pool MEP/plumbing coordination.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and civil/site engineering tools, with good knowledge of UAE construction standards and authority requirements.
• UAE driving licence is mandatory; UAE Society of Engineers/DM approval is an advantage.
