• Technical Drawing Coordination: Review structural and architectural shop drawings against consultant designs, identifying clashes and raising RFIs. 

• Method Statement Formulation: Draft comprehensive Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) for key activities. 

• Inspection Request Management: Raise and track Work Inspection Requests (WIRs) and Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) with the consultant. 

• Subcontractor Technical Monitoring: Ensure subcontractors follow approved engineering drawings, construction methodologies, and safety regulations. 

• Site Interface Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly between civil, structural, MEP, and specialized finishing contractors to avoid rework. 

• Material Tracking: Track material take-offs, monitor delivered materials against approved samples, and ensure test certificates are filed. 

• Progress Verification: Verify completed physical quantities on site and support the quantity surveying team with monthly claims. 

• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain updated drawing registers, RFI logs, site correspondence, and daily work allocation sheets. 

Desired Candidate Profile

• Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (attested with equivalency & MOFA); 8+ years of site engineering experience. 

• Preferred Qualifications: AutoCAD, BIM / Revit proficiency; Primavera P6 basic scheduling awareness. 

• Professional Licenses / Certifications: Valid UAE Driving License. 

• Required UAE / GCC Construction Experience: 8–12 years in UAE civil contracting focusing on residential, luxury villas, and high-rise developments.
