  • Prism & Target Handling: Hold prisms, mini-prisms, and GPS rover poles plumb and steady over marked points during topographic and layout surveys. 

  • Level Staff Operation: Hold leveling rods accurately for level measurements, benchmarks, and invert level checks of pipes. 

  • Physical Point Marking: Drive survey pegs, mark chalk/paint lines, insert steel pins, and label grid references clearly on concrete and ground surfaces. 

  • Instrument Setup Support: Assist in setting up tripods, centering instruments, and leveling Total Stations and optical levels. 

  • Chainmen Supervision: Direct chainmen in clearing sightlines, holding measuring tapes, and carrying survey equipment safely across the site. 

  • Equipment Care & Storage: Clean optical lenses, recharge battery packs, store accessories in cases, and return instruments securely to the survey store daily. 


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or Technical Certificate in Surveying / Drafting; 2–4 years field surveying experience. 

  • Preferred Qualifications: Basic understanding of Total Station menus, leveling instruments, and measuring units. 

  • Professional Licenses / Certifications: Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage. 

  • Required UAE / GCC Construction Experience: 2–4 years in UAE construction site surveying support.
