Role Summary

We are growing a Landscaping & Gardening business in Dubai and seeking a driven Entrepreneur to lead business development, strategy, and operations.

This is a pure profit‑sharing arrangement — no fixed salary is offered. Your income is directly tied to the revenue and profitability you generate, with unlimited earning potential as we scale. Your engineering background combined with industry experience will ensure quality, safety, and premium service delivery across all projects.

Core Business

Landscaping & Gardening Services — design, installation, irrigation, plant care, soft-scaping, hardscaping, and ongoing garden maintenance for residential, commercial, retail, and public‑sector clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Secure new Landscaping & Gardening contracts and projects across all sectors

• Build relationships with property owners, developers, facility managers, consultants, contractors, and government authorities

• Lead tenders, presentations, and negotiations from initial pitch to signed agreement

• Apply your engineering expertise to ensure all works meet safety standards, design specifications, and industry best practices

• Oversee full project lifecycle: site assessment, planning, design, material selection, installation, planting, handover, and maintenance

• Manage budgets, optimize costs, and maximize profitability

• Track performance and grow the business strategically

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Engineering degree — Civil, Landscape, Agricultural, Horticultural, or related discipline

• Proven hands‑on experience in Landscaping & Gardening — design, construction, maintenance, or business operations

• Relevant Facility Management experience — preferred and valued

• Track record in business development, client acquisition, or project management

• Strong knowledge of landscaping materials, plant species, irrigation systems, and maintenance protocols

• Familiarity with Dubai/UAE market and standards

• Bilingual (Arabic & English) — highly preferred
