Job Description
Duty Engineer
Monitor and maintain mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults or equipment failures promptly.
Perform routine preventive maintenance to reduce risk of breakdowns.
Respond quickly to emergencies, such as alarms or safety hazards, following protocols.
Keep detailed records of equipment status, maintenance work, and incidents.
Coordinate with other departments to address operational and technical needs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Support installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment or systems as required.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field)
Relevant technical certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical safety, mechanical maintenance)
Proven experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of engineering systems
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and handle emergencies calmly
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Computer literacy for logging reports and using maintenance management systems

مهندس المناوبة
مراقبة وصيانة الأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية وأنظمة التكييف والتبريد (HVAC) لضمان الأداء الأمثل.
استكشاف الأعطال الفنية أو أعطال المعدات وإصلاحها فوراً.
إجراء الصيانة الوقائية الروتينية لتقليل مخاطر الأعطال.
الاستجابة السريعة لحالات الطوارئ، مثل الإنذارات أو المخاطر الأمنية، وفقاً للبروتوكولات المتبعة.
الاحتفاظ بسجلات تفصيلية لحالة المعدات وأعمال الصيانة والحوادث.
التنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى لتلبية الاحتياجات التشغيلية والفنية.

المؤهلات
تتضمن خبرتك ومهاراتك ما يلي:
دبلوم أو درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة (الميكانيكية، الكهربائية، أو مجال ذات صلة)
شهادات فنية ذات صلة (مثل التكييف والتبريد، السلامة الكهربائية، الصيانة الميكانيكية)
خبرة مثبتة في الصيانة، واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها، وتصليح الأنظمة الهندسية
فهم قوي للأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية وأنظمة التكييف والتبريد (HVAC)
معرفة بأنظمة الصحة والسلامة ومعايير الامتثال
مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات والتحليل
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل والتعامل مع حالات الطوارئ بهدوء
مهارات قوية في التواصل والعمل الجماعي
