As a Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Place and follow-up on POs.
• Manage relationships with suppliers for PO execution.
• Manage problems and schedule changes. Update ERP.
• Understand broader concepts, development of approaches and methods, and knowledge management.
• Solutions integrate multi-functional impact and perspective.
• Developed influencing skills to achieve objectives, strong influencing of others.
• Ability to develop team members.
• Deliver professional work.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Buying-Procurement.
• Have a strong oral and written communication skills.
• Have a strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
