Senior HR Operations Specialist

  1. Oversee of payroll costs to align with our annual budgetary framework.
  2. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal details, employment history, and performance evaluations. Handle employee onboarding and off boarding processes.
  4. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to HR operations, payroll, and personnel data management.
  5. Collaborate with the HR team to manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance.
  6. Dealing with the insurance and labor offices.
    Handle all Employees Papers, Archive All Documents.

Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in HR operations, with a strong focus on payroll and personnel management.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.  Familiarity with compensation and benefits is highly desirable.understanding of payroll processes, labor, tax and insurance laws, and regulations related to HR operations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve payroll and personnel issues.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
