The Senior Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to closing offers. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop client/business relationships
  • Collaborate with clients to define recruitment needs and create job descriptions
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates
  • Manage candidate relationships and provide a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Negotiate offer terms and close candidates
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and techniques to attract top talent
  • Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
  • Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Management and training of junior Recruitment Consultants & resourcers


Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ proven experience as a 360 recruiter
  • Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques
  • A strong and proven track record in sales, networking and/or client development abilities
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong commercial business acumen
  • A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career
  • A winning mentality
  • The ability to overcome objection and be persistent


Salary & Package


The Senior Recruitment Consultant position offers a competitive annual salary with opportunities for industry-leading performance-based commissions.

  • Basic Salary 10,000 - 15,000 AED pm, depending on experience

  • Time management skills;
  • Established track record of sourcing suitable talent for companies and organizations.
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
  • Bachelor's degree holder with a proven record of academic, internship, or work experience in hiring and recruitment activities.
