Receptionist Wanted for Our Hotel

About Us:
We are a prestigious hotel in Jumeriah, dedicated to providing our guests with exceptional service and a memorable experience. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face of our hotel.

Position: Receptionist
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel.
Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately.
Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a courteous and professional manner.
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively.
Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and guest information.
Assist with booking reservations and managing room assignments.
Process payments and provide invoices to guests.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Perform other administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality or related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Multilingual ability is a plus.
