Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms and conditions to protect organizational interests
- Develop and maintain contractual records and documentation
- Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Collaborate with project managers, legal teams, and stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues
- Conduct risk assessments and manage contract-related risks
- Provide training and assistance to project teams on contract management processes
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in contract management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in contract management or contract engineering
- Strong knowledge of contract law and best practices in contract administration
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in contract management software and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams
- Experience in the oil and gas or construction industry is highly desirable
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is a plus
