Dubai requires Product 3D Interior Fit-out / Architecture Designer who can Create and Develop residential Photorealistic renderings based on building specifications, codes, calculations and sketches.

Candidate must have
• Visit construction sites to collect measurements and dimensions as needed.
• Update the design to the detailed drawings as per required by the architect and as per regulations.
• Coordinate structural, electrical and mechanical designs in order to graphically represent building plans for new construction projects.
• Create documentation that includes written descriptions and specifications for the construction process, as well as diagrams, charts and other visual perspectives.
• Create realistic and detailed visualizations of building plans, using computer software and other tools.
• Enhance designs by adding textures, colors, lighting and other elements to create a more realistic representation of the building.
• Modify the design in real-time, allowing architects and clients to see the impact of changes before construction begins.
• Create marketing material such as videos and animations to help the client for better understanding.
