Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for various office tasks and will have the opportunity to engage in multiple areas of our beauty business. The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Accounting:
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, data entry, and invoice processing in the beauty industry.
- Maintaining financial records specific to beauty products and services and ensuring accuracy.
- Coordinating with the accounting team to support financial reporting and analysis in the beauty field.
2. Digital Marketing and Social Media Management:
- Developing and executing digital marketing strategies specific to the beauty industry to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
- Managing social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to create compelling content related to makeup, cosmetics, and skincare and interact with our beauty-focused audience.
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics to optimize marketing campaigns for beauty products and services.
3. Customer Service:
- Providing excellent customer service in the beauty industry by promptly addressing beauty-related inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Handling incoming and outgoing communications via phone, email, and social media channels, specifically related to makeup, cosmetics, and skincare.
- Collaborating with different teams to ensure a seamless customer experience in the beauty field.
4. E-commerce Platforms (Amazon, Noon, Carrefour):
- Managing online marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, and Carrefour specifically for beauty products by creating appealing product listings, monitoring inventory, and coordinating shipping and fulfillment.
- Optimizing product visibility and sales performance for makeup, cosmetics, and skincare through effective keyword research and search engine optimization (SEO) techniques tailored to the beauty industry.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends in the beauty field and implementing strategies to maximize sales and customer satisfaction for beauty products.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, digital marketing, social media management, customer service, and e-commerce, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms commonly used in the beauty field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, specifically related to beauty products and services.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple beauty-related tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in the beauty industry.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment within the beauty sector.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills related to the beauty field.
