We are seeking a Customer Service and Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing sales activities across various communication channels. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction, efficient order management, and smooth operations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Engage with customers through Instagram, WhatsApp, and phone to provide prompt and courteous assistance, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and orders.
Take orders from customers via Instagram, WhatsApp, and phone, ensuring accurate recording of order details and specifications.
Manage the entire order process, including creating new orders in the system, updating order status, making necessary changes to existing orders, and following up on order completion.
Maintain and update day-to-day data entry sheets with relevant order and customer information.
Assist in basic content creation by updating Instagram account stories, interaction stories, and Highlights to engage with the customer base and promote our products or services.
Conduct quality assurance checks on completed orders to ensure they meet the established standards and customer expectations.
Supervise the daily packaging and logistics activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Generate weekly reports summarizing sales performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics.
Collaborate closely with other team members, including sales, marketing, and logistics personnel, to ensure a seamless customer experience and optimize overall operations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales coordination, or e-commerce operations is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service via Instagram, WhatsApp, and phone.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in data entry and experience with spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
Basic content creation skills, familiarity with social media platforms, and understanding of digital marketing principles.
