Warehouse In-Charge

We are looking for a warehouse in charge for overseeing the operations of a warehouse facility in Dubai ,who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring the efficient storage, organization, and distribution of goods. This role involves supervising warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe and productive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

> Inventory Management:
Supervise and control inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts.
Conduct regular stock audits and implement procedures for cycle counting.
Monitor and manage stock movement, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.

> Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback. Foster a positive and productive work environment.

> Operational Efficiency:
Develop and implement warehouse procedures and policies to optimize efficiency.
Streamline processes to minimize errors and reduce costs.
Ensure that equipment and machinery are well-maintained and operational.

> Safety and Compliance:
Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of safety within the warehouse.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Handle hazardous materials in accordance with safety guidelines.

> Quality Control:
Implement quality control measures to maintain product integrity.
Monitor the condition of goods and report any damages or discrepancies.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams when necessary.

> Customer Service:
Coordinate with the customer service department to meet customer requirements.
Address customer inquiries and concerns related to warehouse operations.
Ensure accurate and on-time order fulfillment.

> Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities.
Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess warehouse performance.
Provide regular updates to management.

> Qualifications and Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
