VR Point is the UAE’s first 4D Virtual Reality arena, offering a full-body immersive entertainment experience. We are looking for a Customer Service & On-Site Operations Associate to join our team in Dubai. Responsibilities: Welcome guests, explain VR experiences, and ensure a safe, fun environment. Set up, calibrate, and sanitize VR headsets and controllers. Guide customers through game sessions and provide assistance during play. Monitor performance of equipment and report any issues to the technical team. Maintain cleanliness and follow safety standards. Support the team in delivering a smooth and exciting VR experience. Requirements: Fluent in English and Arabic (both languages required). Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or entertainment. Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills. Basic technical understanding of VR or gaming equipment is a plus. Punctual, responsible, and customer-focused. We offer: Work in a modern, high-tech entertainment environment.
