Job Title: HR Generalist ��� International Onboarding Location: Sharjah, UAE
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage the end-to-end onboarding process for local and international teaching and non-teaching staff. This role will ensure smooth transitions for new hires while maintaining compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOE/SPEA regulations, and school policies. The HR Generalist will also act as the primary point of contact for onboarding queries, cultural adaptation, and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle onboarding, including visas, flights, relocation, accommodation, and first-day logistics. Prepare employment contracts and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and regulatory requirements. Organise and deliver orientation programs covering UAE culture, school policies, and safeguarding standards. Maintain accurate HR records and support audits, inspections, and documentation processes. Support visa, medical, Emirates ID, TLS, attestation, and eency procedures. Collaborate with HR, PROs, IT, Facilities, and Academic teams for seamless staff integration. Continuously improve onboarding processes, documentation systems, and overall efficiency. Ensure a positive, inclusive onboarding experience reflecting the school���s values and international standards.
Qualifications & Skills:5���7 years of HR Generalist/Operations experience, with at least 3 years in UAE or international education. Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, SPEA/MOE compliance, TLS requirements, and international recruitment. Experience managing teacher relocation, visas, and onboarding processes. Excellent cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office, TEAMS, Share Point, with high discretion and cultural
