We are currently looking for a PROJECT MANAGER for our Interior Fit-out Company.Qualification:Minimum of 3-5 years UAE experience Who can join immediately Review BOQ and Drawings set to ensure both are matching, raise variations if any Oversee design guidelines adherence, technical drawings (CAD) supervision, execution & regular maintenance. Daily communication and update with clients and/or consultants. Daily tracking of site progress and internal update. Supervise, with the help of admin team, all documents submissions to authorities and malls for required approvals prior site mobilization. Planning of site mobilization and optimization with the help of MEP and Project engineers. Ensures timely communications throughout all project phases, develops and maintains meeting minutes, and follows up on all action items;Creating reports detailing project progress, budgets, and results to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budgetExperience:Project Manager in Interior Fit out : 3- 5 years (Required)
