Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a 3D Motion Designer. The role involves creating and delivering high-quality motion designs, graphics, animations, and video productions aligned with the company's brand and marketing needs. The designer will storyboard visual concepts, collaborate with the marketing team, and ensure final outputs meet project timelines and creative objectives. Collaboration with stakeholders to enhance visual content and support marketing strategies is a key aspect of this role. Qualifications Proficiency in Motion Design and Animation tools and techniques to create visually compelling content. Strong expertise in Motion Graphics and Video Production for professional marketing and promotional materials. Experience in Storyboarding and conceptual design to translate ideas into creative visual narratives. Excellent proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender, or other relevant tools). Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines. Good communication and collaboration skills to effectively work as part of a team. Previous experience in real estate or similar industries is a plus. Degree or certification in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.
