Air Q Limited is looking for a highly skilled and passionate Senior HR Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for HR professionals who excel in operations management, compliance, employee relations, and HR systems. As a Senior HR Executive, you will support the HR department in driving consistent HR governance, managing core HR functions, and ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies. You will work closely with management to build a fair, professional, and performance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities HR Operations Management Manage payroll processing, attendance control, leave management, and employee benefits. Ensure accurate documentation and timely execution of all HR transactions. Maintain up-to-date and confidential employee records. Employee Relations & Discipline Act as an escalation point for employee grievances and internal issues. Handle performance issues, misconduct cases, and disciplinary procedures. Ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance at all times. Policy Implementation & Compliance Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and Air Q HR policies. Maintain and update HR SOPs and internal guidelines. Support internal audits and compliance checks with accurate documentation. Recruitment & Onboarding Support Support manpower planning and recruitment activities. Participate in interviews and manage onboarding, orientation, and probation processes. Ensure seamless integration of new hires. Performance Management & Development Support performance appraisal cycles and ensure proper documentation. Assist in performance improvement plans and training needs identification. HR Systems Management (Odoo / HRMS) Maintain accuracy of HR data and reports. Ensure effective use of dashboards, forms, and automated workflows. Manage system access levels and data integrity. HR Reporting & Communication Prepare weekly/monthly HR reports. Communicate HR updates and policy changes across the organization. Represent HR in meetings and cross-functional operations. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. CIPD, SHRM, or relevant HR certification is an added advantage. Experience 5–7 years of HR experience in the UAE. Minimum 2 years in a senior or supervisory HR role. Strong background in payroll, compliance, and employee relations. Two consecutive performance scores below 80% may trigger disciplinary action per company policy. B. Working Conditions Primary location: Air Q Limited, Masdar City, Abu Dhabi. May be assigned to other sites based on operational needs. Working hours as per company policy (may vary during operational requirements). C. Compliance Requirements Must comply with all Air Q policies, procedures, and operational standards.
