With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for handling all government-related documentation, approvals, renewals, and submissions on behalf of the company. This includes liaison with ministries, municipalities, free zone authorities, immigration, and other government entities to ensure full legal and regulatory compliance for the company. Handle company trade license renewals, tenancy attestations, and all government permits. Liaise with government departments such as DED, MOHRE, Immigration, RTA, Civil Defense, and Dubai Municipality. Prepare and submit documentation for company formation, amendments, and liquidation (if required). Ensure compliance with UAE labor law, immigration law, and free zone regulations. Represent the company in front of official authorities for legal, compliance, and inspection matters. Update management with any new government regulations or procedural changes affecting operations.What you'll need:Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Experience: 3–5 years of experience as a PRO in Dubai (experience in construction or real estate preferred). Language: Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken). Knowledge: Excellent understanding of UAE labor, immigration, and government procedures. Skills:Strong communication and negotiation skills Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Ability to handle confidential information Valid UAE driving license Established network within UAE government departments Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Strong organizational and follow-up skillsWho will excel?
