We’re Hiring: Pricing Strategy Analyst Location: Global (Remote) Type: Full-time About the Role We’re looking for a highly analytical and strategic Pricing Strategy Analyst to help shape and optimize our global pricing framework. In this role, you will own pricing analytics, competitor benchmarking, and monetization strategy across multiple products. Key Responsibilities Conduct pricing analysis across multiple product lines and customer segments Build and maintain advanced pricing models (elasticity, sensitivity, scenarios, LTV, etc.) Evaluate competitor pricing, discount structures, packaging, and monetization strategies Develop and justify pricing packages, discount frameworks, and promotional logic Provide data-backed recommendations for pricing optimization and product positioning Assess revenue, margin, and conversion impacts of potential pricing changes Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership teams on pricing initiatives Present pricing proposals and impact assessments clearly and confidently Required Qualifications ✔ Strong experience in pricing strategy, pricing analytics, revenue management, or product monetization ✔ Ability to build and maintain advanced pricing and financial models ✔ Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets (arrays, modeling, scenario simulations, nested logic) ✔ Experience working with SQL, dashboards (Tableau, Power BI), or analytics platforms ✔ Strong understanding of pricing mechanics, unit economics, and product metrics ✔ Experience conducting competitive and market pricing analysis ✔ Ability to convert complex data into structured business recommendations ✔ Proven ability to build pricing proposals backed by financial reasoning Soft Skills Analytical and strategic thinking mindset Ability to translate complexity into simple, actionable insights Strong communication and stakeholder presentation skills Ownership mentality — proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with ambiguity ⭐ Preferred Experience -Experience in pricing, strategy, product analytics, consulting, FP&A, or revenue operations. -Background in Saa S, fintech, trading, brokerage, or B2B tech is a strong advantage.
