We are looking for a videographer, but not the classic “camera guy”. Evenue is building a new-generation nightlife and lifestyle concierge in Dubai, combining yacht experiences, top venues, curated crowds, and viral content. Because of this, we need someone who understands not just how to film… but how to create moments that go viral.Who You Are You are a lifestyle-driven videographer who: • Lives and breathes Dubai nightlife and trends • Knows Instagram and Tik Tok formats by heart • Understands hooks, retention, pacing, storytelling • Can spot “the moment” before it happens • Can turn raw party footage into cinematic, viral-style reels • Is comfortable filming in clubs, rooftops, yacht events • Understands what kind of shots make people engage, save, and share • Can give direction, not only follow itTrial Process Before being hired full-time, selected candidates will go through a real-world trial at one of our exclusive events. The trial includes: • Joining us for one night at an Evenue activation (club or yacht event) • Capturing lifestyle content of the crowd and atmosphere • Directing our group naturally to create strong, authentic moments • Proposing and executing reel concepts on the spot • Delivering 1–2 reels that show your ability to: – find the hook – create viral-style pacing – capture the Evenue vibe – edit fast with high impact If the trial results match our expectations, you will receive a paid full-time role with salary and access to all our events and upcoming projects.What You Will Do• Capture content during our weekly activations: clubs, lounges, brunches, yacht events • Create reels inspired by current viral trends • Develop a consistent Evenue content style • Suggest new creative directions • Deliver fast-turnaround edits • Work closely with us to plan storylines and concepts for content shootsRequirements• Proven portfolio of lifestyle, nightlife, fashion, or yacht content • Strong understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, Dubai trends • Ability to direct people naturally and professionally • Fast delivery, consistent quality • Night and weekend availability • Based in Dubai (or ready to relocate short term)Bonus Skills• Color grading • Sound design • Drone shooting • Storyboarding • Motion graphics
