STRATEGIC HR BUSINESS PARTNER Quantara Group is expanding. We are building one of the most unconventional business ecosystems in the UAE — blending investment, asset engineering, business incubation, and real-world operational verticals. We’re not looking for a typical HR manager. We are looking for a Strategic People Architect — someone who can work side-by-side with the Founder and leadership to design the future of the group. Quantara is not a single company — it is an ecosystem. Currently operational:· Quantara Investments — Urban feasibility, asset revitalization, deal engineering· Luxentra Capital — Business brokerage, valuations, syndication· Quantara Properties — Asset-led real estate transactions· Quantara Marpol — Hazardous waste, marine, petroleum operations (Newly Formed)· Quantara Technical Services — Facilities & building services (Newly Formed)We operate in the blind spots of the market:· distressed assets· undervalued businesses· idle plots· mispriced opportunities The Role will grow into a high-trust, Leadership position. You will support/Lead to:· design org structures across multiple entities· build teams from the ground up· create compensation frameworks & incentive systems· architect culture· define performance and KPIs· coordinate hiring of leadership & frontline· set on boarding + internal communication models· support expansion into new verticals· align people with the company’s mission & velocity IDEAL PROFILE· Strong HR background at group / multi-entity / scale-up level· Hands-on with org design· Fluent in compensation & performance models· Able to translate vision into process· Comfortable working without corporate bureaucracy· Emotionally mature· Zero political toxicity· Fast, precise, accountable· Sees HR as architecture, not administration· Understands that people are the engine, not a resourceADD ON EXPERINCE (NOT MANDATORY):· Ability to coordinate with external vendors (brand, design, website)· Structuring internal workflows and documentation· Experience setting up HR systems, ATS, CRM or employee portals· General operational ability to link HR with business execution WHAT THIS ROLE WOULD OFFER:· Authority, not tasks· Freedom to build systems from zero· Exposure to real deals, real businesses, real operators· A front-row seat to a multi-industry scale up COMPENSATION:Competitive + performance incentives + equity / participation options based on experience & profile.
