Location: Ras Al Khaimah Employment Type: Full-time Start Date: Immediate start availableJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in a busy café/bistro environment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in café shops and/or bistros, a passion for food, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.Key Responsibilities • Manage and oversee your section during service • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard • Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are followed at all times • Assist with stock control and ordering • Train and support junior kitchen staff where needed • Maintain a clean and organized workstation • Work closely with the Head Chef and team to deliver excellent serviceRequirements • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a café, bistro, or similar setting • Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations • Ability to work well under pressure • Strong teamwork and communication skills • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices • Available to start immediately
