This role is vital in supporting the smooth operation of the kitchen and delivering fresh, delicious dishes to our customers.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and assemble cold appetizers, salads, and other cold dishes according to restaurant standards and recipes. Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold kitchen workstation. Assist in inventory checks and notify supervisors of stock levels and shortages. Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations, ensuring all utensils and equipment are sterilized before use. Support the kitchen team with timely preparation of dishes during service hours. Properly dispose of expired or spoiled ingredients at the end of each shift.Qualifications:Prior experience working in a cold kitchen or similar role is preferred. Knowledge of cold dish preparation and presentation techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards.
