The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. Market Development and Strategy: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to establish UAV logistics networks. Develop strategies to engage target industries such as F&B, healthcare, real estate, and education as part of the drone logistics ecosystem. 2. Client Engagement and Negotiation: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government, supply providers (e.g., restaurants and hospitals) and infrastructure partners (e.g., real estate developers and universities). Negotiate program, contracts and agreements to secure partnerships for UAV logistics services, such as leasing landing zones and supply hubs.3. Project Enablement: Collaborate with internal teams to translate customer requirements into viable operational plans. Support clients in understanding drone logistics solutions' value and implementation requirements.4. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with technical, regulatory, and operational teams to align business goals with operational capabilities. Provide market insights to inform product development and regulatory planning. 5. Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and outside partners and government entities. Being the representative of the company to prepare and deliver reports, presentations etc.to senior management and business partners, and attend the relavant industry activities, increase the brand images and influence of the company.Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in logistics, technology, or real estate sectors. Demonstrated success in establishing partnerships and closing complex deals with high-value clients. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Understanding UAV logistics or emerging technology ecosystems is a plus.
