Please send your CV, Cover letter and Portfolio to: [اضغط هنا لمشاهدة البريد اﻹلكتروني]ob description:● Understand the design philosophy of the company and the design intent developed by the design team● Select architectural and interior design elements (finishes, furniture, artworks etc) to match the design intent● Communicate and represent the company with clients and other key stakeholders.● Review/approve materials proposed by suppliers● Attend construction sites and perform quality control of interior design elements execution during site inspections● Attend site meetings and produce related reporting● Perform snagging lists● Coordinate with other disciplines and subcontractors● Produce ID detailing/sketching to clarify design intent in a short time when required● Coordinate with the back-office team resources● Mentor the team Requirements:● Bachelor in Interior Design● 10 years of work experience● 3 years of relevant work experience in UAE● Proven on-site experience following hospitality and luxury residential projects● Able to make design decisions and supervise● Understanding of other disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Structural)● Is methodical and has worked within a quality management system● Software: Autocad, Adobe Suite, 3D modelling software● Be highly experienced and up-to-date with current materials, construction methods, details and technology.
