The company is backed by the Welsh Government Innovation Ecosystem and has received recognitions such as Fin Tech Startup of the Year 2023 and the Aled Miles International Impact Award 2024.Role Description This is a full time role for a Partner Success Executive, available remotely or on site in Dubai United Arab Emirates. The Partner Success Executive will build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring they receive excellent support and service. Responsibilities include managing partner communications, addressing queries, conducting performance reviews, and identifying opportunities for partner growth and satisfaction. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing partner success.Responsibilities Compile and organize all documents received from new affiliates and franchise partners. Coordinate with partners to collect all required onboarding information. Compile verify and upload partner data into the Final Rentals system. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth and timely onboarding process. Collaborate with the OTA team to activate partners and ensure they go live on all platforms. Ensure accurate data entry and complete partner setup within the system. Coordinate with partners regarding pricing provide guidance and suggest adjustments based on market conditions. Monitor incoming bookings and recommend improvements for performance and operational efficiency.Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in the car rental industry or a related travel or transportation sector. Strong understanding of car rental operations pricing strategies and market dynamics. Experience onboarding partners suppliers or franchisees is an advantage. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Strong organizational ability with capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. High attention to detail especially in data entry and system uploads. Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams including OTA operations and support. Proficiency in online platforms CRM systems and MS Office or Google Workspace tools. Ability to analyze partner performance and suggest improvements. Problem solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment. Fluency in English additional languages are an advantage.
