We are looking for skilled Processing Officers to support our sales team and ensure a seamless post-sales operation.Job Description:We seek a highly organized and motivated Immigration Processing Officers to facilitate the visa application process for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in immigration case processing, be well-versed in visa documentation, and have strong attention to detail.Responsibilities:Support the sales team by ensuring smooth post-sales processing of immigration cases. Prepare and submit visa applications, petitions, and required documentation for clients. Ensure compliance with immigration laws and policies for multiple countries, including Canada, Australia, the UK and New Zealand. Coordinate with relevant agencies and stakeholders to facilitate the immigration process. Monitor case statuses and proactively address any issues or delays. Maintain and update client records in our immigration case management systems. Provide guidance and support to clients regarding visa processes and requirements. Stay updated on immigration laws, procedures, and regulatory changes. Address escalated client inquiries promptly to ensure satisfaction. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure best practices.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in immigration processing (Required). Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Law, or a related field. Strong understanding of immigration regulations and procedures. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in immigration case management systems and software tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
