The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end procurement activities, ensure timely sourcing, and maintain cost-effective vendor relationships to support ongoing project requirements. Key Responsibilities Oversee procurement for construction materials, services, and subcontractors. Manage vendor selection, negotiation, and performance tracking. Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Review contracts, purchase orders, and agreements. Work closely with project, engineering, and finance teams to align procurement needs. Maintain updated supplier databases and market intelligence. Requirements Minimum 10+ years of procurement experience in construction / real estate development. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Knowledge of UAE market suppliers and construction materials. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
