The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all human resources activities within our manufacturing plant. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or any related fields. Minimum of 10 years of HR management level experience. Must have experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Experience with training and development programs. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Proactive approach to HR issues and challenges. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development. Ability to travel as needed.
