Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and foster customer relationships. Daily tasks include identifying new sales opportunities, managing customer accounts, conducting sales presentations, and creating marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products or services. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and team members. Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive lead generation, close deals, and manage sales teams. Experience in Training to mentor and develop team performance and skillsets. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and meet performance goals consistently. Understanding of market trends and research to create effective marketing strategies. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. Experience in the sales and marketing domain, particularly in the UAE market, is a valuable asset.Must be available to join immediately.
