HR Specialist – Employee Relations

We are seeking a proactive and meticulous HR Specialist to champion employee mobility and operational efficiency across our HR function, ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations.Key Impact Areas Global Mobility & Compliance: Drive seamless visa processing (including dependents), educational document legalization, and effective liaison with government entities to ensure all migration procedures are completed accurately and on time. HR Lifecycle Management: Own critical employee documentation, including contracts, amendments, NDAs, and remote service agreements. Oversee robust onboarding and offboarding processes.Data & Records: Maintain pristine accuracy in all employee databases (HRIS, spreadsheets, and archives) and swiftly handle HR system updates and certificate requests (NOC, salary slips).Compensation & Benefits Support: Ensure accurate C&B administration by assisting with payroll calculations, managing monthly accruals (vacation/EOS), and administering corporate insurance policies and employee leave tracking. Qualifications & Expertise Required Expertise: Proven, in-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law and complex migration/visa procedures. Technical Proficiency: Direct experience using HRIS systems, payroll tools, and expense management platforms. Core Competencies: Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and proven ability to manage multiple complex documents simultaneously. Language Advantage: Fluency in Arbic and/or Russian is a strong advantage.
