Job Description:We are actively seeking experienced and motivated Senior Real Estate Agents to join our team. This is a commission-only role with upto 70% commission, no hidden fees, no splits, just maximum earning potential for top performers.
What You'll Do:Actively list, market, and sell residential and commercial properties. Handle buyer and tenant inquiries, conduct viewings, and close deals. Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, property owners, and clients. Advise clients accurately on market conditions, pricing, and procedures. Manage negotiations and documentation from offer to final agreement. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s real estate laws and trends.
What We're Looking For:Minimum 1 year of real estate sales or leasing experience in Dubai or freshers are also welcomed. Valid UAE driving license and car preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. European or Chinese Languages are mandatory Deep understanding of the Dubai property market. Energetic, driven, and target-focused personality. Ability to work independently while being a part of a team.
