Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Futsal Coach, based in Dubai. The Futsal Coach will plan and execute training sessions to develop players' technical, tactical, and physical abilities. Responsibilities include creating a positive and engaging environment, mentoring players on sportsmanship and teamwork, and preparing teams for competitive games and tournaments. The coach will collaborate with academy staff to provide customized training programs tailored to players' skill levels and goals. Providing feedback on players' progress and fostering their overall development are also key components of the role. Qualifications Proven expertise in Futsal coaching, player development, and a strong understanding of Futsal rules and strategies. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively mentor and inspire players. Ability to plan, organize, and execute structured training sessions and assess individual progress of players. A background in sports education, coaching certifications, or equivalent experience is highly desirable. Commitment to promoting teamwork, discipline, and positive sporting values in young players.
