Vendor Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities Identify and develop potential service vendors across African countries; conduct initial screening, qualification checks, and capability assessments in accordance with company standards, and maintain an up-to-date vendor database. Review and verify vendor expenses including onsite labor fees, working hours, transportation, accommodation, and other project-related costs; complete monthly or project-based settlement. Analyze vendor cost structure and trends and provide data insights to support regional cost optimization. Collaborate closely with field engineering teams, delivery teams, and finance teams to ensure smooth service execution and timely project delivery. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above, with 1-3 years of experience in vendor management, operations management, procurement, or related fields. Familiar with outsourced service vendor management processes; strong skills in cost verification, data analysis, and reporting. Proficient in English for daily work communication; French ability is an advantage (beneficial for multi-language African regions). Strong sense of responsibility and execution capability; able to work under multi-country, multi-task regional operations. Experience in engineering services, solar/renewable energy, or related technical industries is preferred.
