The PRO will be responsible for managing the full process for eligible clients — including investors, entrepreneurs, and skilled professionals — ensuring a smooth, compliant, and timely acquisition of the long-term Dubai residency visa. This role is based in our **Dubai office** and requires strong knowledge of Dubai immigration laws, excellent communication with government entities, and high attention to detail. Golden Visa Exp. and Free zone and main land exp must.---### **Key Responsibilities:*** Provide expert guidance and support to clients on the **Dubai Golden Visa** requirements and eligibility criteria.* Handle the end-to-end **Golden Visa application process**, including documentation, online submissions, appointments, and approvals.* Liaise with **Dubai Government departments** such as **GDRFA, ICA, DED, Dubai Health Authority, and MOHRE**.* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in immigration laws, visa categories, and eligibility requirements.* Assist clients in gathering, preparing, and reviewing all required documents for visa application.* Schedule and accompany clients (as needed) to medical tests, Emirates ID registration, and other mandatory steps.* Ensure the proper tracking of all application statuses and provide timely updates to clients and management.* Support in resolving any issues, delays, or rejections related to visa processing.* Maintain accurate and confidential records for all processed applications.* Coordinate with internal teams and third-party service providers when required.
