You’ll architect and lead the development of cutting-edge platforms that redefine how assets are owned, traded, and experienced globally.Responsibilities: - Smart contracts architecture (ERC-3643 ARVA tokens) - Reserve assets management system - Redemption engine design - Monthly disclosure automation - VARA ARVA License application (technical sections) - Proof of Reserve implementationMust-Have Skills: ● 4+ years smart contracts development (Solidity, ERC standards) ● Security-first mindset (audits, formal verification) ● ERC-3643 or similar compliance token standards ● Backend for DeFi/tokenization ● Understanding of securities law & tokenization regulations Nice-to-Have: ● Built STO/RWA platform before ● Experience with VARA ARVA licensing ● Integration with custodians (Brinks, property managers) ● Oracle integration (Chainlink, API3)
