You analyze workflows and implement automated processes in Odoo to increase efficiency. You develop backend logic in Python and frontend components using XML/QWeb for an optimal user experience. You integrate Odoo with third-party applications such as GPS platforms, HRMS, and payment gateways. You create dashboards, KPI trackers, and reports for management and operational teams. You optimize system performance and implement security standards.What you bring to the table:You have several years of experience in developing and implementing Odoo modules, including full-stack skills (Python, XML/QWeb). You are experienced in integrating Odoo with external systems and optimizing performance. You bring practical knowledge in network administration and IT support (LAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, hardware). You have experience in IT asset management and end-user support. You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. You communicate fluently in English, written and spoken.
