We have been exclusively retained to appoint an experienced Merchandiser to join their expanding team and support continued growth across stores and online.THIS ROLE WILL REQUIRE RELOCATION TO SAUDI ARABIA The Role This is a fantastic opportunity for a data-driven, commercially minded Merchandiser to take ownership of planning, trading, and stock optimisation. Reporting into the Senior Merchandising team, you will ensure the brand has the right product in the right place at the right time, driving availability, sales, and profitability.Key Responsibilities Build, manage, and trade departmental WSSI and stock plans in line with financial targets. Analyse weekly performance, highlighting risks and opportunities and recommending trading actions. Manage forecasting, OTB, and replenishment to support availability and minimise markdown. Collaborate closely with Buying and Design on range planning, pricing, and product lifecycle management. Oversee store and online stock allocation to maximise sell-through and optimise stock flow. Work with Supply Chain to maintain delivery schedules and resolve stock issues. Prepare clear, insightful trading reports for senior stakeholders. Support end-of-season analysis and future strategy planning.Candidate Profile Proven experience in retail merchandising—fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods preferred. Strong analytical capability with confidence in interpreting trading data. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. Commercial thinker with the ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach. Proficient with Excel and merchandising systems.
