The Facilities Coordinator is a decision maker and takes steps in the interest of the client with proper communication. Responsible for maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical areas and makes sure that preventive Maintenance is done on time as per schedule Monitors working condition of all Electrical and Mechanical plant of the property To make sure that all work order and staff complaints are attended and completed on time Monitors daily utility consumption and takes steps to control it Takes lead role in Energy conservation program for the property and follows environmental policy of the Group Training: Orientation & Induction of new employees Conducts and records technical job knowledge training Analyses training needs Emergencies Active member of Emergency Response team for the property To monitor and record all engineering team members have gone through Fire, Life & Safety training program Based on property demand additional responsibility may be given To have complete understand of and adhere to the Building policy relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety. About YouThe Facilities Coordinator will have:Qualifications & Experience Technical / Engineering Background. Bachelor / Dip in Engineering degree is a must Al least 3-5 years FM experience in UAE / GCC Relevant experience with vertical, multi-use buildings Good understanding of commissioning / handover experience in UAE Dashboards, reporting and communication is a must Excellent communication skills Diversity Statement We want to create a workplace where everyone feels safe to bring their  whole selves  to work.
