Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Road Engineer, based in Abu Dhabi with some flexibility for remote work. The Road Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing road construction projects. Key tasks include conducting site surveys, preparing detailed plans, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, supervising construction activities, coordinating with other engineers and stakeholders, and preparing project progress reports. Qualifications Proficiency in road design, construction, and maintenance principles Proven experience in Auto CAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols in road engineering Strong project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively Previous experience in handling infrastructure projects in the GCC region is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; professional certification is advantageous Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic will be considered a benefit
