Location: Dubai, UAEBudget: AED 20- 25,000 plus individual benefits This role leads commercial performance across a portfolio of FMCG brands in assigned markets. The focus is on driving revenue growth, strengthening distributor execution and improving in-market performance across channels. The position combines commercial planning with hands-on market execution, working closely with distributors and internal teams to deliver sustainable growth.Key Responsibilities Own revenue delivery by brand and market against agreed targets. Develop commercial plans covering pricing, forecasting and promotional priorities. Lead distributor relationships, ensuring alignment on plans, execution standards and performance. Conduct regular business reviews by brand and market, translating insights into action. Drive effective route-to-market execution including listings, launches and trade programmes. Work closely with supply chain, marketing and finance to support forecast accuracy and execution readiness. Manage and develop a small commercial team, setting clear objectives and performance expectations. Maintain strong market visibility through store visits, competitor tracking and execution checks. Prepare structured performance updates with clear learnings and forward-looking recommendations.Candidate Profile5–7 years’ experience in FMCG sales or commercial roles, ideally in distributor-led markets. Strong distributor management and route-to-market execution experience. Comfortable managing multiple brands or markets in lean, fast-paced environments. Commercially minded, with strong planning, negotiation and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Excel, Power Point and standard reporting tools. English required.
