About the Role We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team and work on a large-scale, high-traffic multi-service Saa S platform for transportation and logistics management. This role involves building and maintaining interconnected web applications, dashboards, APIs, and real-time systems supporting multi-tenancy, asset tracking, booking workflows, and third-party integrations.

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain full-stack features across applications, dashboards, and APIsImplement complex business logic including booking systems, partner and referral workflows Design and optimize Postgre SQL schemas for high-performance reporting Build real-time systems using Socket.io for live asset tracking Manage secure multi-tenant architecture across Node.js and Python services Write and maintain automated tests with 70%+ code coverage Optimize database queries and implement caching strategies Required Skills (Must Have)4+ years of professional software development experience Strong proficiency in Type Script/Java Script and Python 3.x Hands-on experience with Next.js (v14+) and React Solid backend experience with Nest JS or similar Node.js frameworks Strong expertise in Postgre SQL (schema design, indexing, query optimization) Experience with Mongo DB and Redis Strong understanding of JWT authentication and RBACNice to Have Experience with multi-tenant Saa S platforms Familiarity with Bull (Node.js) and/or Celery (Python) Experience integrating Python data science or ML models via Flask/Fast APIExperience with Type ORM and database migrations AI-Assisted Development (Preferred) Experience using LLMs (Chat GPT, Claude, Gemini) for code generation and refactoring Prompt engineering for debugging, performance tuning, and SQL optimization Using AI to generate test cases and improve coverage
