We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Game Designer (with experience on Live Stream i Gaming) to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:Gameplay Design and Innovation: Lead the planning and design of core gameplay, levels, variant gameplay, and systems in the game product, responsible for the entire process from idea generation and prototype verification to final implementation. Overseas Market Insight: Conduct in-depth research on the trends and user preferences of casual and hyper-casual games in overseas markets (especially Latin America), translating insights into game design, and being responsible for the final product data. System and Numerical Development: Responsible for building and balancing the game's economic system, progression system, and core numerical models, considering the experience of both free and paying players. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Write clear and professional design proposals, and efficiently communicate and collaborate with the programming and art teams to drive the development and implementation of game features. Requirements:Experience: 3+ years of game design experience, with priority given to candidates who have fully participated in and launched mini-games or overseas casual game projects and Live Stream Games. Professional Skills: Proficient in game design methodologies, with unique insights and passion for innovative gameplay. Skilled in using the Unity engine for basic function development and prototyping. Market and User Understanding: Familiar with Latin American culture and the aesthetic and payment habits of overseas players; priority given to candidates with overseas study or living experience.
