We are in need of Business Setup / Company Formation Specialist with Corporate Tax Knowledge UAE Company Formation & Tax Specialist Location: Remote Salary: AED 6000 – 10000 per month Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with strong prior experience in UAE company formation and taxation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements, tax compliance, and accounting practices, and will be comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Duties and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end accounting functions, including CT registration, filing, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting Handle UAE company formation processes, including documentation, licensing, and coordination with relevant authorities (Mainland, and Free Zone) Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, including VAT registration, filing, returns, and audits. Provide advisory support on tax planning and compliance in line with UAE laws Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules Maintain accurate records in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and consultants when required Monitor regulatory updates related to UAE taxation and corporate compliance Support clients or internal teams with accounting and tax-related queries Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Must have Proven work experience in UAE company formation (Important) Strong hands-on experience in UAE VAT and tax compliance Good understanding of UAE commercial laws and regulatory frameworks Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Quick Books, Zoho Books, or similar) Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup
