About the Role:Throne Properties, a leading real estate brokerage in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for our Dubai branch. The ideal candidate will have strong digital marketing expertise, a sales-driven mindset, and in-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Build, lead, and develop the marketing team Plan and manage marketing projects and campaigns Expertise in digital marketing, including Google Ads and Meta Ads Strong understanding of CPL, CPQL, ROI, and lead funnel optimization Manage real estate portals and performance tracking Align marketing strategies with sales objectives Oversee vendors, agencies, and marketing partners Lead CRM automation and marketing workflows Drive video marketing and content strategy Plan and execute roadshows, exhibitions, and events Strong understanding of RERA regulations and advertising compliance Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the UAE, preferably in real estate Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Proven experience managing digital campaigns and marketing teams
