We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Assistant to support daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will assist chefs and kitchen staff in food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in basic food preparation such as washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients.
Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and hygienic at all times.
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Support chefs during food service hours.
Ensure proper storage of food items according to safety standards.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Assist with receiving and storing kitchen supplies.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a kitchen or similar role is an advantage.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
